Meet Dr. Ayanna Howard, Ohio’s College of Engineering’s first female Dean. Aside from being an educator, she is an American roboticist and entrepreneur known for her work in developing technologies like Evolver and Brainsheet. She developed a robot that can explore space independently, and in 2003, she was named to the MIT Technology Review TR100 as one of the top 100 innovators in the world under the age of 35.
