So Shall We?
Dear Tech Sis,
This isn't your typical fan letter. This letter is filled with awe, curiosity and a touch of worry. Worries about how you have been navigating the tech world, a male-dominated world that has tested your patience, a world where you have to prove yourself before you are taken seriously.
But look at you, forging ahead like a boss; look at you, making your own decision to learn a skill and be good at it; look at you not wanting to surrender to the pressure of the tech world.
We see you, the CEO, designer, coder, analyst, scientist, entrepreneur, writer, and support manager, to mention a few - each of you creating your own path and paving ways for the future generation.
We want you to know that you are indispensable. Your unique perspective, collaborative spirit, and unwavering determination all push beyond the walls of the tech industry. You bring a human touch to the sterile world of tech, a fresh lens to complex problems; nobody can do it better than you.
This letter is a call to raise your voice higher, to shatter the glass ceiling, and to rewrite your own story. We believe in you, we see your potential, and we are cheering you on.
Together, we are creating a space where women will not only survive but also thrive.
So, Dear Tech sis, keep going; the future of technology depends on it.
